The Fund Administrator & Registrar – HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Limited

The Administrator and Registrar is HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Limited and together with its associated company HSBC Custody Services (Guernsey) Limited, is one of the longest established service providers to fund managers in Guernsey. Both entities are regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

As a fund administrator, it is responsibility of HSBC Securities Services (Guernsey) Limited to provide all fund administration and registration services to Dominion PCC Limited. These include:

• The issuing and redemption of shares
• Maintaining a register of shareholders
• Calculating Share Prices
• Valuing assets and liabilities
• Instructing the purchase of assets
