The Dominion CHIC Fund Limited investment policy is to invest in the transferable securities of companies producing goods and services with a common ‘luxury theme’ across differing industry sectors.

The Dominion CHIC Fund Limited will primarily invest in a passively managed and diversified portfolio of companies which have a minimum issued capital of over 1 billion and are listed on an eligible securities market and these holdings will be managed on a passive basis. Up to 20% of the portfolio may be invested in companies which are capitalised at less than 1 billion including via initial public offerings and of such 20%, of the portfolio, up to one half may be invested in securities which intend to list within 12 months of purchase.

The investment objective and policies of Dominion CHIC Fund Limited will be adhered to for at least three years from the date of admission of the Shares to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange other than in exceptional circumstances and then only with the consent of a majority of shareholders
